Lace ’em up!  The Minnesota State Hockey Tournament is here.  Good luck to all the teams (especially Anoka!).  If you’re wandering around, keep a look out for Jim.  For many years, including now, Jim has participated in the tournament as an athletic trainer.

A great way to start out the week.  Trying to find balance is not easy but intentional movement, mentally and physically, definitely helps!
