Erin and Kris have been asked by USA Hockey to provide information in the classification process for the Women’s Development Team this past weekend.  MotionCare physical therapists are not only in the clinic providing you with the best care, but also in the community providing their great skills to other organizations.  Classification is the help ensure competition is fair and equal.  All Paralympic sports have a system in place to minimize the impact of impairments on the activity and allow for wining to be determined by skill, fitness, power, endurance, tactical ability and mental focus, the same factors that account for success in sport for able bodied athletes.
